Motivational 10k Race Playlist

I change my music for almost every event that I do. Last summer I had one playlist that saw me through my whole 10k series over the summer season. I have included the BPM (beats per minute) in case this is helpful for you. I will talk more about, beats per minute in my next post “should I run with music?” (coming soon)…
